What are you Reading?






Just as it is important to train the body (CrossFit) and nourish it with food...preferably Paleo or Zone eating plans, it is also important to train the mind.

I am not just talking about novels, magazines, comics, or self-helps either.

Books should

1. Broaden your World

2. Challenge your Mind

3. Touch your Heart

4. Improve your Skill
